Everytime I hear of death I imagine the veil in Harry Potter that Sirius goes through when killed.
I know the comparison is laughable but is it really?
Isn’t life and death just that, two sides of a veil?
One moment we are Here, the next There!
The only difference is, the living are walking around blind while the dead can finally See!
To Him we belong and to Him we shall return.
May Allah s.w.t grant Jannat ul firdaus to the deceased.
I hope they are strolling in gardens of paradise. That they are free. That they know no fear nor do they grieve. That they have returned to their Lord as Nafs-e-Mutmainna. That they are welcomed with open arms and congratulated with shining faces. That they have left all the pain behind and are at eternal peace!
"O Soul, thou art at rest. Return to the Lord at peace with Him, and He at peace with you."
